Product replacement

• You will be given the option to exchange products you received by contacting us on our Instagram page or WhatsApp. If you would like to exchange for another pair/change size, please inform us on Instagram/WhatsApp and then simply send us the package. After receiving the product, we will send you a new shipment as soon as possible! 

In the event that the exchange is approved – the product must be returned to the company, with all costs associated with returning the product being borne by the customer. The product will be replaced when it is in its original packaging, including the box and all accompanying items.

The company will not handle returns of products purchased through another source.

*For used products, there will be no exchange option and it will be subject to the discretion of the company management as to whether the product has been used.

After replacing the product, no further replacement or refund will be given.

Return/Exchange The product must be sent within 5 business days.

** Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, and Der Martens models are considered custom orders and cannot be exchanged/returned. Also, special models that are not available on the site will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Refund/Cancellation 

 It is not possible to cancel the order after the shipment has been issued after 24
Hours from the order.

In the event of a refund, it will only be given in exceptional cases and subject to the following conditions:

If you wish to return the product after receiving it, please notify us via Instagram or WhatsApp. We will send you where to send the shoe and after receiving the shoe and inspecting it, we will issue a credit. Must be sent within 5 business days.
(Cancellation fee 50 NIS + VAT per couple (due to the shipping we paid for the package).
