Product delivery and transportation

• The company will ensure that the product is delivered to the customer at the address entered by the customer when making the purchase on the sales website, within 6-19 business days.

• The company will not be responsible for any delay and/or delay in delivery and/or non-delivery, caused by force majeure and/or events beyond its control, nor will it be responsible for any detention/payment by customs or delay caused by customs. *See value for the Coronavirus period - delays may take an additional 5-8 business days* (estimated). The company will also not be responsible for congestion during the holiday sales period.

• The product will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase, and the customer cannot collect the product from the company. The product price includes the cost of shipping.
