• UGLYSHUZ also serves as a sales site for purchasing shoes and accessories.

• The masculine form of these regulations is for convenience only, and the regulations apply equally to both sexes.

• Purchases through the website are subject to the terms and conditions detailed in these regulations.

• The mere purchase of the product on the site will constitute a declaration by the customer that he has read, understood and agreed to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions constitute a binding contract between you and the company.

The purchase

All products come as parallel imports from different countries depending on the model and size.

•The site's administrators and employees try their best to reflect as accurate illustrative images as possible.

• Purchases on the site are made via credit card/bank transfer/BIT and the transaction will be made after approval by the credit card company/bank.

• The company reserves the right to discontinue the marketing and sale of the product at any time and to deny the right to purchase on the sales site at its discretion.

Product replacement

• You will be given the option to exchange products you received by contacting us on our Instagram page or WhatsApp. If you would like to exchange for another pair/change size, please inform us on Instagram/WhatsApp and then simply send us the package. After receiving the product, we will send you a new shipment as soon as possible!

In the event that the exchange is approved – the product must be returned to the company, with all costs associated with returning the product being borne by the customer. The product will be replaced when it is in its original packaging, including the box and all accompanying items.

The company will not handle returns of products purchased through another source.

*For used products, there will be no exchange option and it will be subject to the discretion of the company management as to whether the product has been used.

After replacing the product, no further replacement or refund will be given.

Return/Exchange The product must be sent within 5 business days.

** Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, and Der Martins models are considered custom orders and cannot be exchanged/returned. As with special models that are not available on the site, no exchange/return will be given.

Refund/Cancellation

Product delivery and transportation

• The company will ensure that the product is delivered to the customer at the address entered by the customer when making the purchase on the sales website, within 6-19 business days.

• The company will not be responsible for any delay and/or delay in delivery and/or non-delivery, caused by force majeure and/or events beyond its control, nor will it be responsible for any detention/payment by customs or delay caused by customs. *See value during the Coronavirus period - delays may take an additional 5-8 business days* (estimated). The company will also not be responsible for congestion during the holiday sales period.

• The product will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase, and the customer cannot collect the product from the company. The product price includes the cost of shipping.
